This year's Government Chemist Dissemination Event was a prestigious two day conference on food policy and analysis which brought together the main players in regulatory policy development and cutting edge measurement science. The conference addressed developments in food safety and food authenticity and was supported by Leatherhead Food Research, Campden BRI, FERA, National Measurement Office, Food Standards Agency, Defra, Association of Public Analysts Educational Trust and LGC Standards.
