Lucy Foster
Lucy holds BSc and PhD degrees in Food Science. She has worked in the private, academic and public sectors. Since 2009 Lucy has been in DEFRA as the Science Coordinator, Food Research Programme Manager – lead science policy advisor. She is co-author of about 25 research papers and posters – almost wholly in the field of food science. Lucy is a Fellow of the Institute of Food Science and Technology.
