David Ferguson
Formerly Independent Advisor to the NMO on the Government Chemist Function, David describes himself as a 'dyed-in-the-wool analytical scientist'. He spent nearly two decades with BP Research, mostly at its Sunbury Research Centre and mostly as a manager of advanced analytical facilities. He has also spent almost as long as an independent consultant to the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), the Analytical Chemistry Trust Fund, the NMO and other clients.
