Report from Analysis and Examination of Foods course held April 2010

The Analysis and Examination Food course was held at the University of Reading during the week of 12 – 16 April 2010. This course takes place on an annual basis, comprising a week of lectures and interactive workshops. It is highly recommended by the APA Training Committee as essential preparation for those intending to sit the statutory qualification examinations for Mastership in Chemical Analysis administered by the Royal Society of Chemistry.
